Luckily for us, Long Island has plenty of indoor play venues. Why not let them jump and run around at one of many indoor play spaces in Suffolk County. Our list below has plenty of places to choose from, so get out there and melt the boredom away!

This indoor family entertainment facility offers 26,000 square feet of fun—including 16,000 square feet of wall-to-wall trampolines! Daily open jumps at Flight N Fit feature dodgeball, foam pits, and slam dunk basketball. Kids can enjoy Flight N Fit workout classes that can be purchased individually or bought in sets of 10 classes for a discount. Kids 5 and younger jump for only $10 with one parent assisting. One of the highlights of Safari Adventure is Kilimanjaro Soft Play, a four-level maze with tunnels, slides, balls, and cargo nets. No schedules to check or time limitations to worry about since you can go anytime they are open – every day between 10 am and 7 pm, unless other wise posted. Indoor airsoft is an exciting and fast-paced way to experience the sport. At StrikeForce, children 10 and older a chance to play indoor airsoft games. They have airsoft parties that are for kids 10 and older and there are also Nerf parties available for kids 5-plus, and no-mess paintball for those 8 and older. Airsoft is a sport that involves propelling plastic spherical pellets at opponents from specially designed electric or gas powered replica guns. The sport is a competitive, head to head combat simulation that usually involves two teams working to complete a set of objectives in an allotted time period. Players should be prepared to be hit by pellets and must wear goggles and other protective clothing. All gear can be rented on site.

Tumbling Tunes also offers two drop-off sessions—Drop & Shop and Parents' Night Out (all ages)—as well as after-school care.
