Main Street Road Work to Continue Tonight (5/20/19) at 7pm

Now that the roadway has been milled and repaved it is time to install the finishing touches.  The area will be striped and marked this week.  All road markings, parking spaces and numbering will be added to the newly paved strip (except for the crosswalk between Patchogue-Medford Library and the Patchogue Theatre for the Performing Arts which has not been disturbed during the work) Beginning this evening at 7 pm, Main Street will be closed from Ocean Avenue to Rider Avenue.  Similar to last week, work will start each evening at 7 pm and continue to 6 am.  Work is currently scheduled for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights but may continue through Thursday if rain causes delays.
