SquareHead Brewing Company is officially opening its doors! This event has been a long time coming, the father and son team have been working towards their grand opening since 2013. Finally, after five years of construction, product development and cutting through bureaucratic red tape, they are ready to open their doors to the public.
The Grand Opening celebration is today Saturday, October 20 from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (limited edition bottle sales start at noon). In addition to the brewery's unique barrel aged beer there will be live music, food trucks, a photo booth and outdoor games for all to enjoy! Forecast calls for scattered showers but SquareHead has that covered, there will be tents up so you can enjoy the event rain or shine! Grab a friend and head down to the event. We suggest tasting a few of their barrel aged beers and hanging out for a few tunes. If you are not able to make over to the event today, the celebrations continue tomorrow, Sunday October 21st from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Out of town this weekend do not worry- the 30-person tasting room at the new SquareHead Brewery will now be open Fridays from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m., Saturdays noon to 8 p.m., and Sunday 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
