Head down to main Street in Patchogue on Saturday November 24th for a fun day of shopping and supporting small businesses.
American Express founded the day in 2010 to help small businesses get exposure during the holiday season, when they might be otherwise overlooked. With retailers buzzing around the holidays, it is important to support local small businesses that rely on their neighbors in order to continue prospering and building the local economy in Patchogue.
The first 200 people to the Patchogue Theatre lobby will receive a free Small Business Saturday shopping bag filled with giveaways. While at the theatre be sure to visit with Santa and get a free photo or stop in for a showing of “It’s a Wonderful Life”. The South Bay Art Association will host a craft fair inside the theatre from 11 to 4 p.m. where you can find handcrafted gifts including paintings, ornaments and more.
