Welcome the Patchogue Beer Project

With the official opening of The Patchogue Beer Project this Saturday & Sunday, January 6th & 7th, Patchogue welcomes its third brewery. The Patchogue Beer Project is the vision of two Long Island residents: Mike Philbrick, the owner of Port Jeff Brewing Co., and restaurateur Ryan DiSpirito. [embed]https://youtu.be/XAz8qQvCEuw[/embed] The Beer Project seeks to fill a niche in the craft beer market by collaborating with other breweries that have opened across Long Island in the past few years.  Since The Patchogue Beer Project is operating under a farm brewery license, it is is able to also serve New York State made whiskey, ciders and wine.  So, in addition to delicious craft beer, The Beer Project will offer a few specialty cocktails and New York Whiskeys.    Small snacks are currently offered and soon food will be available from neighboring Local Burger Co. Patchogue Beer Project is located on the East Side of Railroad Avenue across from BrickHouse Brewery, right behind Buttermilks Kitchen and Local Burger Co.  The new tasting room has an open floor plan with plenty of seating and viewing panes which allow visitors to check out the operations of the fermenting room and the cold room. The tasting room is open from noon to 9 p.m., Mondays through Thursdays, from noon to 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, and from noon to 8 p.m. on. Stop by to check out Patchogue's Newest Brewery and #DrinkPatchogue!
